All India orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver in two to three working days, including Saturdays. 

​Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail will no longer ask the recipient to sign for items delivered. The recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery.

If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us via email (info@engrowth.in), so we can look into this for you. 

SHIPPING POLICY (OUTSIDE OF UK)

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail. For orders from outside the UK, delivery times are longer and can be between 10 to 20 working days.

If you have not received your order within 20 working days, please contact us via email (info@engrowth.in).

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that come with international shipments. These charges will vary depending on the destination country.

RETURNS

​To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the condition in which it was sold. You must not remove the seals from the product and the packing must be kept intact. Unfortunately, at this stage, Engrowth does not offer free return postage. Therefore we advise using a reliable tracked postal service to ensure the product reaches us. To return an item contact us via our contact form.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Therefore, we urge you to contact us immediately either via the contact us page or email (info@engrowth.in). Please include your order number and the reason for exchange/refund. We will aim to respond within 48 hours.

Once we have received this email we will require proof of purchase as well as the receipt of the return back to our postal address. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If we have approved your request, then your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGE
If your product is defective or damaged on arrival we will be able to offer an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@engrowth.in and we will give further instructions.

Requests for exchange should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
